• Diagnosis Sub Deltoid Bursitis of Shoulder.
• Differential Diagnosis Rotator Cuff
  Degeneration Tear
• History Patient with persistent shoulder pain
  several months following an injury to her arm.
• Findings The arrows depict a markedly distended
  subdeltoid bursa.
• Treatment None

  Degeneration Tear
• History Patient with persistent shoulder pain
  several months following an injury to arm.
• Findings Long axis view of supraspinatus tendon
  and subdeltoid bursa show degeneration of tendon
  with full thickness tear () and complex material
  in bursa. (A) denotes the Acromion.
• Treatment None
