TF - 385 (385th TC BN and assigned units)
conducts terminal operations in support of the
deployment of Operation Iraqi Freedom II (OIF
II) and redeployment of Operation Iraqi Freedom I
(OIF I) forces at the port of Ash Shuaibah from
14 February 2004 until further notice.
4Commanders Intent
I intend for TF-385 to conduct sustained marine
terminal operations Roll-on / Roll-Off (RO / RO),
Lift-On / Lift-Off (LO / LO) and marshalling
activities in support of deployment and
redeployment forces for OIF.
5Commanders Intent
To ensure success, all leaders and soldiers must
meet the following critical tasks 1.
Accurately assess risks, and take necessary
actions to control the risks 2. Maintain full
and accurate accountability of equipment
discharged or uploaded 3. Communicate status
changes and new information quickly and correctly
6Commanders Intent
We measure success by accomplishing all mission
requirements to the approved standard, with no
serious injuries, and with less than 0.1 damage
rate to pieces moved.
