Chapter 1 In this chapter you are introduced to
the characters and the problem at

harrys parents were killed by Voldemort. He
lived with the Dursleys. They treated him badly.

Chapter 2 Vanishing Glass Characters Dudleys
Gang- Piers Dennis Malcolm
Gordon. Problem In this chapter The Dursleys
and Harry go to the zoo for Dudleys birthday.
While in the zoo Harry is talking to a snake
behind a glass. Suddenly and without warning the
snake jumps out and tries to go back to his
homeland in Brazil. With this event occurring the
Dursleys are even more convinced that Harry
causes something bad to happen everywhere they
go.

Chapter 3 The Letters From No One Characters
Uncle Vernons sister, Marge Problem Harry is
continuously receiving letters from Hagrid but
the Dursleys do not let him read them because
they know what the letters contexts are and they
do not want him to go to Hogwarts. Chapter
4.The Keeper of the Keys Characters School of
Hogwarts world renown wizardry school.
Problem Hagrid explains the true story to Harry
about how his parents were killed by Voldemort.
Also Hagrid made Dudley grow a pigs tail.

Chapter 5 Daigon Alley Characters
Professor Quirrells Draco Malfoy Problem
Harry and Hagrid go to Gringotts, the wizard s
bank, and find out someone tried to rob it. Also
Harry also has the task of buying all his school
supplies for Hogwarts.
Chapter 6 The Journey from Platform Nine and
Three-Quarters. Characters The Weasley
Family Hermione Granger Hedwig the Owl

Problem Harry cannot find Platform Nine and
Three- Quarters at the train station he is taking
to go to Hogwarts. Finally the mother of the
Weasley family informs Harry that you must walk
through a secret wall to get to it. To walk
through this wall you must not have any fear in
your heart.
Chapter 7The Sorting Hat Characters Ron
Weasley Professor Snipe The Sorting
Hat Problem Harry is anxious because he does not
know which house he will be put into. Harry feels
that the Sorting Hat is just picking people
randomly. Finally he gets put into the House of
Griffindor.

Professor Snipe constantly picks on Harry. Also
Harry finds out about what happened at
Gringott's.

Chapter 9 Midnight Duel Characters Oliver
Wood Fluffy Problem Malfoy sets Harry up for
the Midnight Duel by not coming and telling Mr.
Filch that there would be students up after
hours. Because of this Harry encountered Fluffy,
the three headed dog. Chapter 10
Halloween Characters N/A Problem In hogwarts
while a Halloween party is in Session, a mountain
troll sneaks into Hogwarts.

Chapter 11 Quidditch Character
Nicolas Flamel Problem Harry finds Snape with
his leg mangled and twisted by Fluffy. They say
Professor Snape put a curse on Harry and he ended
up almost dying in a game of Quidditch, but
luckily Harry caught the snitch in his mouth and
Gryffindor beat Slytherin. Chapter 12 The Mirror
of Erised Characters Charley Weasley Problem
In this chapter Harry looks into the Mirror of
Erised, and he sees what he wants to see, his
family. Finally the mirror becomes an addiction
and Albus Dumbledore has to stop him.

Chapter 13 Nicolas Flamel Characters
N/A Problem In this chapter Harry, Ron, and
Hermione are trying to find who Nicolas Flamel
is. Finally they find out that he is the only
known creator of the Sorcerors Stone. Also,
Snape is threatening Quirrell in the Forbidden
forest where Harry is eavesdropping.
Chapter 14 Norbert the Norwegian
Ridgeback Characters Norbert the Norwegian
Ridgeback Problem Hagrid won a dragon egg in
gambling game from a stranger. A dragon, named
Norbert, bit Ron, and he poisoned him. Ron is in
the hospital finally they get rid of Norbert.
Hagrid got the egg by telling the stranger how to
put fluffy to sleep, a seemingly difficult task.

Chapter 15 The Forbidden Forest Characters Ron
an Bane Firenze (All
Centaurs) Problem Harry, Hermione, Ron, Malfoy
are in detention. For detention they must go into
the Forbidden Forest with Hagrid. They go in
there only to find a dying unicorn.Harry found a
mysterious character drinking the blood of the
Unicorn. The character attempted to attack him
but Firenze stopped him. They were thinking who
would be sick enough to do such a thing.

Chapter 16 Through the Trapdoor Characters Mr.
Flitwick Madam Pomfrey Problem In this
chapter they realize that Voldemort is not dead.
Harry and friends believe that professor Snape
was assisting him. They found out that Hagrid
told the stranger, the one that gave him the egg,
how to get past Fluffy the three headed dog. When
they discovered this they went to the room where
fluffy was in and saw the he was asleep and the
trapdoor open. They went rough the trapdoor to
face a series of booby traps. Chapter 17 The
Man with Two Faces Characters Ginny Weasley

Problem In the final chapter Harry finds out
that it wasnt professor Snape , but professor
Quirrell, who was after the Sorcerers Stone in
helping Voldemort. He came across the mirror of
Erised and couldnt get the stone out of it. When
Harry looked in the stone appeared in his pocket.
Harry realized that Voldemort was attached to
professor Quirrell. Every time Quirrell touched
Harry he received a burning sensation. They
fought and tussled and finally Harry passed out.
Harry woke up in the infirmary tower to have
Albus Dumbledore sitting next to him telling him
what happened Dumbledore saved harry and
destroyed the stone. Voldemort left professor
Quirrells body and left him for dead Voldemort
escaped and everything went back to normal after
that. Gryffindor won the house contest.
