What is Unique about Amrut?The Barley

• North West of India is very fertile
• The barley cultivated in India has high protein
  content of 13 to 15 per cent as against of 7 to
  10 per cent needed for brewing.
• Arable lands in Punjab are irrigated by five
  Himalayan Rivers (Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi,
• Beas, Sutlej )

  and Minimum 20 Degree Celsius
• Winter (October February) Maximum 27 Degree
