An PT user (Owner) can make one way path call (
announce) to 31 parties simultaneously. After one
of called party answering, the owner can begin
announcement. This feature requires MEC(Memory
Expansion Card KX-TDA0105).

DSS key of Owner Extension which relates with

If owner extension has DSS key of a member of
broadcasting group and establishes a broadcasting
call, the DSS key does not flash when the called
extension rings. It actually turns red (not
flashing).
