Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

• 8th Grade

Ingredients

• 4 Cups Corn Flakes
• 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
• ½ tsp. Oregano
• ¼ Cup Flour
• 2 Egg Whites
• 2 TBS Water
• 6 Mozzarella Sticks

Directions

• In pie plate or shallow bowl, combine crushed
  cereal or crumbs, garlic salt and oregano.
• 2. In second pie plate or bowl, place flour.
• 3. In another bowl, beat egg whites and water
  with fork until thoroughly combined.

• 4. Dip cheese in flour, then egg mixture, then
  cereal mixture.
• 5. Carefully repeat dipping in egg mixture and
  cereal mixture to double coat completely.
• 6. Place on foil-lined shallow baking pan, coated
  with cooking spray.
• 7. Lightly spray coated cheese sticks with
  cooking spray.
• 8. Let stand about 30 minutes.

• 9. Bake at 400 F for about 8 minutes or until
  cheese is soft and sticks are lightly browned.
• 10. Serve hot with pizza sauce or salsa if
  desired.
