• Though Anton didnt get proper schooling he
  discovered many things after inventing the
  microscope. Some of those things were, muscles,
  bacteria, spermatozoa, blood, and capillaries.
  Some of the things he found are very useful for
  us to know about nowadays. Thanks to him now
  bacteria in food isnt a problem.

• Anton Van Leeuwenhoek was born in Delft, Holland
  on October 24, 1632.
• He died August 30,1723 at the age of 91.

• His mother and father were not rich but they were
  not poor either.
• His father made baskets while his mother was a
  brewer.
• His parents taught him everything they new.

• He was one of the youngest scientists during his
  time. His discoveries were all discovered under
  the microscope. Another one of his inventions.

• His home was not one of great beauty like some
  great scientists. Him and his parents lived right
  near the middle of town. His mother worked at a
  pub while his father sold his baskets.

• When Anton was younger he wasnt much of an
  outdoors person. Sense his child hood he was
  always interested in science. He once tried
  mixing some solutions and burned his eyebrows
  right off.
