Our first field exercise for the year. This
exercise will assess current competencies in land
navigation and squad STX and will give the MS III
instructors an opportunity to tailor their fall
training in preparation for FTX Trailblazer.
This event is committee run and staged in a field
environment (no barracks). We will capitalize on
success of Operation Overlord to include patrol
base activities, ruck marching, to committees and
keeping cadets on the move. Success is defined
as a safe exercise that provides initial
assessments on land navigation and squad STX.
