• The most common reason for an item to go OFFVAL
  is due to improper qty vs unit of issue. Eg. 100
  HD.
• This can be fixed by double clicking on the mail
  box item and correcting the qty.

Purpose LSC update enables you to change the
LSC or its related information in a post-post
condition to effect a specific process or
reflect a status change in a requisition, such
as Updating repairables with an LSC of
OFFMP and a RIP advice code to EXREP.
Issuing a repairable with an LSC of OFFMP
Issuing a consumable with an LSC of INPRO or an
LSC of MRIRQ in a post-post
condition.

Posting the issue of a consumable with an LSC
of MRIRQ in a pre-post condition without
generating an interface record (R-Supply
sites only). Referring a requisition
off-station to be completed. Canceling a
requisition that is no longer valid Reversing
a cancelled requisition for a repairable item
with an exchange advice code and the part
has not been turned in. You can also make
changes to the quantity and location from which
the material was issued.

1348-1 DUPLICATION
Purpose You can generate a duplicate DD1348-1A
picking ticket if the LSC of the requisition
equals, EXREP, INPRO, ISSIP, OFFAR, OFFMP,
OFFTR, OFVAL, ROBN, ROBS. A DD1348-1A picking
ticket normally generates during requisition
processing for repairables and consumables in a
post-post condition.

You can generate a duplicate or MRIL shipping
document if you are an R-Supply non-FACTS site
and the MRIL indicator is set on the requisition
in which a BCM action has occurred. A MRIL
shipping document normally generates during DIFM
return or Inter-IMA/customer service return
processing, and during suspense processing for
an EI requirement.
