the City of Corvallis to provide tourism
marketing - Our mission is To Promote the Lifestyle

4So what is there to do in Corvallis?
Someday a nice guest is going to come to you at
the front desk or in your BB and ask so what
is there to do in Corvallis. At this point you
stop being a front desk person and start being a
Concierge. Although we have never heard it at
your hotel or BB we have heard the answer be
not much, I go to Portland. This is not the
best answer for keeping visitors in Corvallis.

Ok, so you have offered them a destination guide,
done a Web site search and you still havent
been able to help them. Your third line of
defense is to call 757-1544 (during office
hours) or hit the Chat Live button on the Web
site for an operator and see if we can help.

For inquiries of a more complicated nature, or
people who want to browse for themselves send
them to the Visitor Center at 553 NW Harrison
Blvd. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Mon to
Friday and during the Summer Sat 10am to 3pm. We
will be happy to help them.

- Left side of visitor service center is the
Willamette Valley offering brochures on regional
activities, wine tourism, other cities, Oregon
Gardens, Evergreen Aviation Museum and other
attractions. We have a separate section for the
coast

- The Center panel of the Visitor Center offers
information on Corvallis, Benton County, things
to do and see and tours to take, relocation info,
Chamber Coalition information
14Visitor Center (Right Side)
- The right panel of the Visitor Center offers
information on Oregon either by defined region or
as a whole. This is great for people on a long
drive vacation to see most of the state.

Corvallis Tourism has a mini-theatre for your
guests who may want to know more about Corvallis.
A film about Corvallis is shown on a giant screen

hole? Well you may know the answer or may not.
