Research questions

Reasons

•  whenever an airplane accident occurs, it is very
  difficult to tell who is responsible for the
  crash.
•  Cabur (14) argues that leadership is very
  critical in times of crisis. It is at such a time
  that the leaderships performance will be judged.

Reasons

• First is the list is pilot error
• Sometimes there are serious ethical issues
  involved.
• Responsibility for airplane crashes can also be
  attributed to negligence of duty on the part of
  those charged with support services such as an
  analysis on whether there was faulty equipment,
  or whether the accident resulted from a mistake
  in the aircraft design

Conclusion

• It may be assumed that compensating families of
  victims is a kind gesture of saying the carrier
  is sorry for that unfortunate circumstance.
• Responsibility for airplane crashes remains a
  matter of investigation in each crash and
  compensation to families of plane crash victims
  is justifiable.
