El Proyecto
The Santiago Technology Park is
an innovation project that links Universities,
RD labs, services and Real Estate developers in
a friendly, high-quality environment and well
located area.
The first Technology Park in Chile, of
international standard.
In 10 years (first stage of Park) it is
expected investment up to USMM 50 In 20 years,
it is expected to consolidate 35 Hás (87 acres)
of Technology Park, including Universities and
RD labs as well as 2,152,782 SF of office space
