    opportunity costs
  • Both explicit implicit
  • Explicit costs- input costs that require a direct
    outlay of money
  • Example attending college gt tuition, books,
    etc.
  • Implicit costs- input costs that do not require
    an outlay of money
  • Example attending college gt cant work (loss
    of income)
