  MOTION stays in motion unless acted on by an
  outside force..

  at rest or In uniform motion in the same straight
  line unless acted upon by some external force.
• Motion-The act, process, or state of changing
  place or position movement the passing of a
  body from one place or position to another,
  weather voluntary or involuntary.

Basically

• States that an object moves in the direction that
  you push or pull it
• Also says that the more mass an object has, the
  harder it is to move it.
• Also says that if you want something to move
  faster, you have to apply more force.

EXAMPLES

• If you want to push a wagon and it is empty, it
  takes less force. If it is full, it takes more
  force.
• If you pull the wagon, it will move in the
  direction you are pulling it.
