  explain what the major differences are.
• Civil rights are mentioned in the US Bill of
  Rights and NC Declaration of Rights. Why are
  these mentioned in the beginning of the NC
  document but at the end of the US document?
• List 3 rights listed in the NC Declaration of
  Rights that are not listed in the US Bill of
  Rights. Also, why do you believe these rights
  are included in one but not the other?
