  information with different variables
• Spreadsheets were emailed, data was copied and
  pasted, some manual input, phone calls occurred
  when unclear
• Groups had a disconnect. They saw the same data
  in different ways so even phone calls were
  confusing

Solution and Benefits

• Use PI Datalink with VBA code to put the data in
  PI and then extract it into other spreadsheets
• Saved over 5 hours a week of manual entry and
  copy/paste
• Decreased errors and provided information quicker
• Reduced email and phone traffic
• Allowed groups to understand the same data with
  different variables
