    The branches help keep a balance of power.

    Constitution because the founding fathers knew it
    was not a perfect document.

  • The first 10 amendments, which constitute the
    Bill of Rights, were added within two years of
    the signing of the federal Constitution in order
    to make sure enough guarantees of individual
    liberties.

    Pennsylvania State House called Independence
    Hall. The statement of Independence was signed
    in the same building.
