Three committee goals are to

• Promote benefits of SHRM National membership

• Provide thorough information on values/resources
  of SHRM-GT SHRM
• Small group meeting allows new members to get to
  know each other
• Ensuring a positive experience in new member
  integration at regular monthly workshops
• 1. A familiar face to greet them at the door
• 2. Occasional assigned seating to foster
  interaction and friendships with new people
