More Negative Constructions

• When the answer to a question is negative, two
  negative words are required.
• Habla Ud. francés? Do you speak French?
• No, no hablo francés. No, I dont speak French.
• Siempre estudias? Do you always study?
• No, nunca estudio. No, I never study.
• Está Gerardo en la clase? Is Gerardo in class?
• No, él no está en la clase. No, hes not in
  class.

• Algún and ningún are always written with an
  accent and are used before a masculine singular
  noun

  the verb.
