Mandatos afirmativos formales
  • When you tell someone to do something you are
    using an affirmative command.
  • In Spanish, when you tell a person (someone who
is not a friend nor family member) or a group of
people to do something, you are using an
    affirmative formal command.
  • For example Professor, please, help me with the
    homework
  • Or Hey girls, tell me the answers to number
    six, please.

3
  • Forming the command
  • The affirmative formal command form for regular
and stem change verbs is created from the yo
form of the present tense verb. Simply,
conjugate the verb in the yo form, drop the o,
and add the verbs opposite ending (ar have er
    endings, er/ir have ar endings).

Yo vengo ? vengo ? veng_ ? Ud. Venga
Uds. Vengan
