• Facilitate and support international co-operation

  transfer and innovations

• Governing body Committee of Plenipotentiary
  Representatives high-level officials appointed
  by governmental agencies of ICSTI member states
  meets at least once a year 64th CPR sitting
  29-31 May, 2013, Moscow
• Network of National Focal Points governmental
  agencies (science, RD, technology, innovations,
  education), national centres of STI
• HQ in Moscow management and implementation
• Partners organizations in member/non-member
  states, international agencies (UN family, EU,
  etc.), business companies, individual scientists
  and researchers.

ICSTI AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC

• Czechoslovakia ICSTI founding member state in
  1969
