Contract Management Be Very Clear About it

• Need clear arrangements people with proper
  budget
• Need full-time staff with proper mix of skills
• Field visits to assess progress, ID issues, and
  diagnose causes
• Ensure prompt payment
• Hold recipients accountable
• Track performance using available data
• Keep MOH leadership informed
