  greater than the world average. 25 greater than
  in Japan, the worlds 2nd largest consumer of
  paper.

  245,000 metric tons of air pollutants/year
• Paper manufacturing is the 5th largest industrial

  municipal solid waste about 38!

  guidelines for minimum recycled content to

• First CPGs issued in 1995 in response to the
  Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
  requirement for federal procuring agencies to buy
  recycled content products.
