- Take a shower daily
- Brush teeth and floss regularly
- Apply deodorant/antiperspirant
- Shave if necessary
- Wear clean clothes of breathable fabrics (i.e.
cotton)

bathroom so no one can see what happened - C) Keep a spare pair of underwear and jeans in
your locker and slide into them
