resistant organisms on one unit in three phases
over one year.

Lessons Learned

• Found surprise positive deviants- a CA on
  evenings helped with most of the audits and
  learning conversations on her shift.
• Would include more disciplines next time.
• Need to touch base regularly even if to huddle
  and make to do lists to keep forward momentum.
• Would do action plans from the beginning.
• Real work and progress takes place during work
  time- not meeting time.
• Huddles work the best.
