• Case Study Exercise 3Instructors Notes
• If you have sticky pads, the students can put
  this exercise up on the wall. If you do not, the
  students can draw the WBS on a flipchart or
  whiteboard.
• The Work Breakdown Structure will look something
  like the structure on the following page. Some of
  the relationships at the same level have been
  shown as horizontally (side by side) and some
  have been stacked vertically (on top of each
  other). This is to help the diagram fit on one
  page and does not matter when the students make
  their structure.
• Make sure that the students number each box. This
  will be needed as they build on this exercise in
  the following case study.
• The students work should be similar to the
  teachers solution, but it does not have to be
  exactly the same. As long as the WBS is logical
  based on the case study, it will be fine for this
  exercise.
