The Why
  • The goal is to use the MM powerpoint

    learning/teaching material.
  • We cant do it without you.

3
Some Suggestions
  • The presentations will be voice-recorded, so
    please speak clearly.
  • The presentations will be used by many audiences,
    so
  • avoid mentioning patients names during the
    presentation
  • put the patients name only on the first page (it
will then be blurred out before posting on
    website)
  • do not put surgical consultants name anywhere in
    the presentation
  • use font size ? 24
  • avoid typographical errors like the plague and,
  • dont cram too much material in each slide (like
    this one).

4
Last bit of editorialization
  • Use the following slides a guide add and adjust
as you deem necessary (but not too much).
  • And thanks in advance for doing a spotless job

5
History of Present Illness/ Past Medical History
  • This will bring the audience up to speed to the
time the patient was seen by your team.
  • For PMH, please use your judgment (but only if
its good) and keep it relevant (e.g. childhood
tonsillectomy in a multi-trauma patient is
    perhaps not so relevant).

6
Physical Examination
  • Self-explanatory

7
Clinical Impression

think was going on? (no cheating)
