The mission of a Toastmasters club is to
providea mutually supportive and positive
learning environment in which every member has
the opportunity to develop oral communicationand
leadership skills, which in turn
fosterself-confidence and personal growth.

  • Involve your team in setting each goal.

    track your progress toward it.

  • Identify and resolve any foreseeable obstacles,
    problems, or conflicts.

  • Review the goals and timetables.

    for future incoming officers.
  • During the area governors two visits they will
    review the clubs plan, discuss the clubs
    progress in it, and offer advice or assistance if
    necessary.
