• Attach Base drawing as external reference
• Assign color 254 to xref layers
• Define drawing scale and select appropriate
  labels
• Link drawing to database
• Link rooms to database
• Create 3 layouts in paper space
• Save drawing

• Statistics
• Approximately 2000 CAD drawings
• Average of 10 to 20 minutes per drawing
• Total effort approximately three person years
