GIM 19 to include non-competing renewals

• GIM 19 currently addresses OSP deadlines for
  receiving competing proposals
• OSP also receives, reviews and submits both paper
  and electronic non-competing continuation
  progress reports (non-competing renewals),
  routed on GC-1s
• Non-competing renewal submissions also have
  Sponsor deadlines

OSP deadline for noncompeting renewal submissions

• Non-competing renewals, received in OSP, that are
  Ready to Submit by noon, two business days
  prior to Sponsor deadline, will be reviewed and
  submitted by Sponsor deadline
• Non-competing renewals that do not meet the two
  day deadline will be reviewed and submitted by
  OSP within five business days of the date it is
  received by OSP.

• GIM 19 to be updated by July 20th and in effect
  for noncompeting continuations received in OSP
  after that date.
