Mr. Tom Fisher and his team of David Rue and
Justin Lennon will discuss modern techniques of
monitoring and performance of countermeasures of
scour-critical bridges. An innovative approach
to scour monitoring has been successfully used by
PB Americas on the Mullica River Bridge located
in South Jersey. As project managers, both Mr.
Fisher and Mr. Rue have considerable experience
in design and rehabilitation of bridges located
on fast flowing streams and rivers and will
present their method of solution on this
important subject. Mr. Lennon is an expert on
remote sensors technology for measurement of
soil erosion.
