- Become familiar with the story
- Main points (STORYBOARD)
- Dont worry too much about small detail (unless
important) - Visualise it.
- Be creative
- Have fun
DONT TRY TO MEMORISE THE STORY!
Make up your own - follow the road and just look
for an exit. Dont worry if you miss one there
will be another.

- Be aware of the audience
- Appropriateness of language
- Watch them, constantly determine their engagement
/ involvement during telling (respond / adapt) - Involve them in a range of ways participation
Create images with words appropriate vocabulary
(extending, repeat ) keep watching them .

- Drawing the audience in tailoring the telling
to the audience where they are - Variation of voice

Use of artefacts helps the imagination, hooks
listeners, gives them a focus, helps create
atmosphere ..
Dont be afraid to use everything incorporate
things that are around, even interruptions

story.
