- have a book for this course
- and will be getting
- lots of hand-outs . . . . .
- You MUST have this by
- Friday of this week.
- Notebook AND graph paper
- Pencils with erasers
4Attendance
- Come to class on time.
- Come to school everyday!
- You must make up any work missed due to absence.
It is your responsibility to complete it and turn
it in ASAP. - If you are absent the day before a test or quiz,
you must take it with the class. - If you are absent on the day of a test or quiz,
you must take it on the day you return. - If you are absent due to a family vacation, you
must turn in all of your make-up work the first
day of your return to school.
5Procedure to follow if you are absent
- Check the Heinl Online Classroom on the Mayfield
website to see what you have missed. - Download a copy of the notes from the day or days
that you missed. - Read and try to understand the notes.
- Ask questions when you come back.

- Learning Checks 4 points Risk-free ?
- Homework 2 points randomly collected
- Quizzes 25 ? 50 points (SOME quizzes will be
open-notes. You will be allowed to use your notes
only if they are in a 3-ringed binder.) - Projects 25 ? 60 points
- Tests 100 points
- Semester Exams

- Be on time.
- Tardy not in assigned seat when tardy bell
rings. YOUR BOOKS BEING ON YOUR DESK DOES NOT
COUNT AS YOU BEING IN THE CLASSROOM. - No sleeping/head down on desk.
- Bring necessary materials each day.
- Speak professionally. Swearing will not be
tolerated. - No calculator games I will delete them.
- Stay in your seat until the bell rings.

Starting tomorrow, I will take cell phones and
personal music systems if I see them and turn
them into the office. Food drinks will be
thrown in the garbage. Exception WATER
