about African Art. This will help to see how
much prior knowledge our students have about
African Art and the culture. We will work on the
K-W-H-L Chart as a class activity while we work
on the project. This assessment will aid students
to research information and participate in class

assessment throughout the whole project and will
be required to have a sketchbook as well for
brainstorming and thumbnail sketches.
