CHARACTER TYPES

Character Types

• Round Character- a character who has many
  different characteristics or traits usually a
  main character.
• Flat Character- a character who only has one or
  two traits usually a minor character.

Point of View

• The relationship of the narrator or storyteller
  to the story
• A) First Person Point of View- The story is
  told by one
• of the characters in the story I
• B) Third Person Point of View- The narrator is
  not a
• character in the story.
• 1) Limited- reveals the thoughts of only one
• character
• 2) Omniscient- reveals the thoughts of all
• characters all-knowing
