• The plot is the way the storys action is
  organized. Plots usually have a beginning, a
  middle and an end. Most plots are organized like
  this.

• Authors approval or disapproval of a topic
• For example a certain bicycle is on sale at a
  local bike shop.
• The author might say it is inexpensive ( the tone
  is positive . The bike is a good buy.
• The author might say the bike is cheap. ( the
  tone is negative . The bike is poor quality.)
