1
Colossians 121 23FROM ENEMY TO FRIEND
WHAT DOES RECONCILIATION WITH GOD REQUIRE OF
YOU?
2
21Once you were alienated from God and were
enemies in your minds as shown by (because of)
your evil behaviour. 22But now he has reconciled
you by Christs physical body through death to
present you holy in his sight, without blemish
and free from accusation 23if you continue in
your faith, established and firm, not moved from
the hope held out in the gospel. This is the
gospel that you heard and that has been
proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of
which I, Paul, have become a servant.

  • If the world hates you keep in mind that it
hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it
would love you as its own. As it is, you do not
belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of
the world. That is why the world hates you.
