What is a Team?
  • A team is a group of 6 people working together
    with a common identity, to achieve common
    objectives and willing to commit all their
    energies necessary to ensuring that the
    objectives are achieved.
  • A team needs a sense of direction, a sense of
    belonging and a sense of identity.
