Select Forms to Sign
  1. Click the eSign button within the zipForm Plus
    Transaction file, or when filling out a zipForm
    Plus form.

  • Enter a name to identify this packet of documents
    in the Check Status list (Optional)
  • Click the Check Box to select forms and add them
    to the list of Documents to sign
  • Tip Use the blue ? arrow to select a specific
    page or pages to send.

    this packet from your computer (Optional)

  1. Click to check the check box to select signers
  2. Enter required information for signers, such as
    email address or role (their role determines what
    signature fields they will be prompted to
    complete)
  3. Click Done

  1. Click and drag to change the signing order. Drag
    one signer on top of another to have them sign at
    the same time. (Optional)
  2. Select signer options, such as CC to
    automatically email signed contracts as PDF
    attachments from the system once signing is
    complete. (Optional)

Add Tasks
  1. Signing tasks allow signers to execute the
    contract. Click and drag an icon to add a
    signature or task, if needed.
  2. You will see a sample signature preview, to help
    with sizing signature areas.
  3. Review tasks on all documents on the Document
    List.
  4. Click Send

    represent your signature on the documents you are
    signing. When finished, click On to View/Sign.

    optional signatures, will be highlighted with
    blue instead of yellow, and will have the
    Optional tag. Read the contract carefully before
    making your selection you may be asked to
    select only one optional field out of many.
