Conclusions
  • Generally factors that decrease heat and UV light
    have a negative effect on pathogenic virus
    removal.
  • Parasites are generally removed by sedimentation
    and removal factors vary depending on parasite.
  • Combination of filtration or removal sources are
    best to insure maximum pathogen removal.
