20IF CERTIFICATION EXPIRES
- Points will NOT be accepted to regain certified
status except in the case of Hardship - 1. Provide written documentation of the Hardship
- 2. Explain in writing how the hardship prevented
one from completing the process within the
published timeframe - 3. Pay a fee of 50.00 for extension
- 4. Must be submitted by Dec. 31st
- 5. Extension will not be considered if filed
after Jan. 31st
