3Main objective
- Implementing a training programme for
teacher-mentors working in secondary schools in
two regions of development (Center - Sibiu and
North - West - Cluj).

- Conducting a research study into the competences
needed by the mentor-trainers - Developing a curriculum for the mentor-trainers
in accordance with the outcomes of the study. - Developing specific competences for the
mentor-trainers.

9The target group
- 400 teachers working in secondary schools (women
and men working in the urban and rural areas,
both experienced and novice).

- Within the programme specific training methods
characteristic for adult learning will be used
lectures, debates, role-plays, critical thinking,
methods of developing creativity. - Workshops.
