Letters of Recommendation
  • Request the Letter of Recommendation in writing 3
    weeks prior to deadline
  • Describe the scholarship criteria
  • List the deadline date
  • Provide a copy of the completed SIF
  • Provide an addressed envelope (with a stamp)
  • Write a thank-you note to your referee

  • DO NOT hand-write the application
  • DO complete a rough draft get a teacher to
    proof-read it
  • DO NOT leave any sections blank
  • DO read the instructions follow them
