• Service Delivery in Education sector has recently
  witnessed a lot of measurable improvements
• MSDS have the potential to build on the solid
  work done under the PESRP and other sectoral
  interventions
• Could pave the way to achieving the MDGs 2 3
• Provide a framework to assess the systemic
  weaknesses and enable to remove them methodically
• Bring in the vital elements of evidence-based
  planning client focus thereby fulfilling the
  demands of Good Governance

  future
