Simple Methods of Support

• You do not need to be an expert in any of the
  subjects that your child is taking!
• The aggregation of marginal gains

• It is about making sure the riders get a good
  nights sleep by transporting their own bed and
  pillow to each hotel. It is about using the most
  effective massage gel. Each improvement may seem
  trivial, but the cumulative effect can be huge.

How you can make a difference

• Reminding them to revise 1
• Creating a suitable revision work space 1
• Removal of distractions (mobile phone, iPad, Xbox
  etc) 1
• Buying subject specific revision guides 1
• Encouraging them to read 1
• School / parent contact 1
• Helping them create a revision timetable 1
