1A typical teenagers day in an English speaking
country.
2American children usually get up at 650 am. They
often have breakfast with the family. Lessons in
the USA start at 8 oclock. Children usually go
to school by school bus, but some kids go to
school with parents or ride a bike.
3- Teenagers in the USA have a lot of interesting
subjects at - school. They learn Maths, English language and
culture, - History, Geografy, Biology, Science, Astronomy
and PE. - They can learn Spanish, German, French, Polish
and lots - of other languages.
4Kids have a canteen at school and they can eat
lunch during a lunch break (recess). It lasts
about 20-30 minutes. Then children eat
sandwiches, snacks, lunch. They also do homework
and talk to friends.
5The lessons usually end about 3 pm. After
school kids have lots of extra activities.
Everyone can choose favourite activity.
6Lots of boys play American Football. Its one of
the most popular sports. Teenager boys can also
play soccer (our football).
7- Second most popular sport is basketball. Its
- a sport for tall boys and all want to become
- NBA players.
8Girls attend to cheerleaders. Teams of
cheerleaders
perfome on matches and competitions.
9Kids can join a lot of interesting
clubs. One of them is
Astronomy Club. There is also
Chess Club or English Culture
Club.
10- If children like science, math, experiments
- they can join Science Club or Maths Club.
11- In American schools kids often attend to
- Theatre Clubs for example Drama Clubs.
- They often perform at schools.
12Kids in the USA must go to school. After
school they can go to extra activities. In the
afternoon and in the evening children must
do the homework and help parents. We
think that a typical teenagers day in the
United States is very interesting.
