Skype

• The leading provider introduced its service in
  early March, as a test phase. Now, it allows a
  user to setup an account, choose a phone number
  from any area code or country in the world, and
  dictate where you want your messages delivered
  to either to an account on your PC or through an
  additional voicemail.
