    training, and volunteer service to make
    communities safer, stronger, and better prepared
    to respond to the threats of terrorism, crime,

GOALS FOR CITIZEN CORPS COUNCILS Personal
Responsibility looking out for family and
neighbors have a emergency plan for home, school
and work. Training disaster awareness and
emergency preparedness importance of disaster
preparedness plans and kits in homes, business,
and vehicles. Volunteer Service Citizen Corps
provides the infrastructure for getting citizens
involved in supporting the first responders in
