How pledges are processed
  • March August PCFO agreement signed,

  • Sept. Dec Kickoff, white forms sent to
    payroll and yellow to PCFO for processing
  • January PCFO receives monthly, payroll deducted
    payments from various payroll centers
  • February PCFO is reimbursed for campaign
    expenses (March February
  • March PCFO send campaign summary and
    designation totals to participating charities and
    begins monthly distributions to charities (April)
  • April Federations send payments to member
    charities
