Underage Drinking and Driving
  • Motorists under 21 found with a blood alcohol
    concentration above .01 while operating a motor
    vehicle will be penalized.

  • 3 month suspension
  • 250-400 fine
  • 12-48 hours in IDRC
  • Up to 30 days in jail
  • 230 per day IDRC fee
  • 100 Drunk Driving Fund Fee
  • 100 Alcohol Education, Rehab, and Enforcement
    Fund Fee
  • 1000 annual surcharge for three years
  • 75 Safe Neighborhood Service Fund Fee

    probation for one year.

    proposed license suspension.
